We collect and share inspirational stories from patients, family caregivers and health care providers and staff that can fuel motivation for change and unlock innovative ideas for health care improvement. We use these stories to inspire health care providers and national thought leaders to consider engaging in solution development around the problems revealed through these stories.

We explore needs and then develop tools and resources for health care innovation and improvement. We are here to help health systems implement innovation by providing them with specific resources designed to foster improvement in their specific environment.
COLLABORATING ON CHANGE EFFORTS
Working with the community
We engage health care providers, patients and families in collaboratively developing and deploying innovative strategies that result in better care for individuals, families, providers and the health care system as a whole. We help health care providers and their institutions to work collaboratively on improvement projects that involve patients and their families. Strategies include appointing patients to key workgroups and committees, patient surveys, rapid cycle quality improvement projects, focus groups and more with the goal of solving specific health care problems, from safety gaps to access barriers.
EDUCATE DECISION-MAKERS
Raising Awareness in Leadership
We educate and raise awareness among national thought leaders about innovative strategies that produce positive outcomes in health care delivery. We engage and educate influential thought leaders in both the development and dissemination of effective innovations. Securing their buy-in and involvement in these innovations will help spread innovations more rapidly.

IMPROVING ACCESS TO TECHNOLOGY
Better Access for Everyone
We are committed to changing the way providers use technology in partnership with patients, including empowering patients in care coordination, to avoid repeat tests, or to manage their health and care. We seek to develop innovative solutions that work to arm patients with their health data in ways they can use and share with other providers, and we help providers develop better methods for giving patients the data to which they are legally entitled.
